Procedure text 

=> is text designed to describe how something is done/achieved through a sequence of actions or steps.

There are three elements that make up the procedure text as shown in the chart below:

1. ) Social Function

Procedure text has a social function to describe an order or instructions on how something is done/achieved in order

2.) Text Structure

The structure of the procedure text consists of Goal, Material and Step.

3.) Language Elements

The linguistic elements contained in the procedure text include: present tense, imperative, action verb, connectives and adverb.

Question 

1. What are those texts about?

From the title of the text above we can see how information is given to readers on how to insert a sim card into the phone and how to cooking using a rice cooker through the steps that must be followed.

Then the answer: The text is about the information on how to insert simcard cellphone and how to cook rice in a rice cooker.

2. Who will probably need to read read the texts?

Questions use the question word "who" to answer questions you need to think about who needs this information.

Then the Answer: Everyone who has cellphone and everyone who will cook rice in rice cooker will need to read this text

3. What are the purpose of the texts?

The purpose of the procedure text can be seen how the author provides information in the form of methods/instructions that must be followed so that the results achieved are efficient. Therefore, pay attention to the initial sentence used always contains an imperative verb in the form of commands used at each stage.

Then the answer: The purpose of each text is to tell how something is done/accomplished through the sequence of steps.

4. What is the benefit of reading the texts ?

The benefits of reading texts are certainly related to the information provided so that readers get information to use the information accordingly efficiently delivered.
