What you need:
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Shredded cheese and chopped sausage (optional)
How to make:
1. First, Crack two eggs into a bowl.
2. Then ,Add some salt and pepper.
3. Wishk evently
4. After that, heat some butter over a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture and cook it in medium heat.
5. Add some sredded cheese and chopped sausage on the top, when top suface of eggs is thickened, fold the omelet in half.
6. Finally, Put it on a plate and your breakfast is ready.
